psychological tests or employment testing.
In some countries, employers are legally

hiring. Our recruiters were using an
Applicant tracking system to perform many
of the filtering tasks, along with software
tools for psychometric testing
- On boarding
"On boarding" is a term which describes
the introduction or "induction"
process. A well-planned introduction helps
new employees become fully operational quickly
and is often integrated with a new company
and environment. On boarding is included
in the recruitment process for retention
purposes. We have on boarding campaigns
in hopes to retain top talent that is new
to the company, campaigns may last anywhere
from 1 week to 6 months.
- Internet Recruitment / Websites
In our website we have two main features:

Job
boards and a résumé or curriculum vitae
(CV) database. Job boards allow member companies
to post job vacancies. Alternatively, candidates
can upload a résumé to be included in searches
by member companies. No Fees are charged
for job postings and access to search resumes.
Our recruitment website has evolved to encompass
end-to-end recruitment. Website will capture
candidate details and then pool them in
client accessed candidate management interfaces
(also online). Key players in this sector
provide e-recruitment software and services
to organizations of all sizes and within
numerous industry sectors, who want to e-enable
entirely or partly their recruitment process
in order to improve business performance.

The online software provided by those who specialize
in online recruitment helps organizations
attract, test, recruit, employ and retain
quality staff with a minimal amount of administration.
Our Online recruitment website can be very
helpful to find candidates that are very
actively looking for work and post their
resumes online. Also, some candidates who
are actively looking to change jobs are
hesitant to put their resumes on the job
boards, which we can talk confidently for
our requirement.
- Job search engines
We allow job-seekers to search across our websites.
Some of these new search engines index and
list the advertisements of traditional job
boards. These sites tend to aim for providing

The Quick Job Search
The Quick Search
The Quick Job Search is a fast and effective way of finding jobs. It
is located in the top left-hand corner of
the homepage. The Quick Job Search
allows you to search by:

- Functional
Area
- Or any combination
of the above
Once you have entered all or any details you want to search on, click on the
Search button to see jobs that match your
criteria. You will be taken to a subsequent
search results page where you can scroll
through all the relevant jobs and view full
job descriptions, apply for jobs or alter
your search criteria using the search filters
on the left hand side of the page.
The Advanced Job Search
The Advanced Job Search allows the user to select more in depth search criteria’s,
resulting in narrower and more specific
results. The Advanced Search allows you
to search by:
- Contract
Type
- Sector
- Job Category
within chosen sector
- Region
- Town/City
- Keywords
- Publication
date
- Or any combination
of the above
Please note: selecting multiple criteria will narrow your search parameters
and reduce the resulting number of jobs
on the results page. If you find your search

Definitions
Keywords
Keywords are specific words, terms or phrases contained throughout the job
descriptions and job titles. Searching using
keywords allows you to be specific with
your search. Keywords which match your search
terms will result in a job description appearing
on the results page.
Keywords can be singular or may be combination of words. Common keywords are
skill sets e.g. typing speed, JAVA. C++,
qualifications e.g. Bachelors, Project Manager,
job titles e.g., Nutritionist, Brand Manager
